4 June 2020 I hope all is well. I think this story may be important and as you pull at the threads, you will find more unraveling. The HHS and DFPS here in Texas is not operating within their official guidelines, overstepping their boundaries, many refusing to identify themselves, and others overstepping privacy boundaries demanding to know the name, date, phone of persons they have no legitimate business with. One example is evelyn.davis@dfps.state.tx.us, and another is named "Kelli" or "Kelly" Strickland who refused to properly ID herself nor leave a business card, but acted much in manner of the Nazi SS with the sitter we had sitting with my wife's father who is in a hotel temporarily and has moderate to end stage Alzheimers.
